Description

In the ten sessions we will look at different artists and the techniques that they used to paint and draw outdoors. We will try out these different techniques in a different location each week.

Course content:

In the ten sessions we will look at Turner and Morandi and discuss the techniques they approached recording everyday scenes. Learn to apply these techniques to making sketches and paintings.

What do I need to do this course?

Watercolour paints, brushes, watercolour paper, pencil, rubber and a sketch book.

Teaching Methods

Padlet, will have lists of artists to look at in your own time and what we will be doing each week.
There will be a 15 min intro each week into the subject and at the end a slide show of each others work.

How is your progress checked?
Work posted on Whatsapp to allow peer feedback and observation in a safe place
