Description

This course will develop the knowledge and skills needed to work in care settings. The areas covered in the course include aspects of support, specialisms and leadership and management skills This course is aimed at people who wish to work or are already working in health and social care settings in England. You will need to be working, volunteering or on practical placement to complete this course.

Requirements

Learners will need to be working, volunteering or on practical placement as they will need to show competence in both knowledge and skills.

Teaching Methods

All units will be internally assessed using a range of methods. This could include direct observation in the workplace, a portfolio of evidence, written assignments or a task.
