Learn how to carry out a traditional Indian Head Massage, including massaging the head, shoulders, neck and face.
The course includes a brief history of Indian Head Massage and outlines its physical and mental benefits. Learners will also learn relaxation and breath awareness techniques. This is a beautfiul routine covering head, neck, shoulders and face using a selection of essential oils with properties that can be used to enhance a massage.
No previous experience is necessary. Be prepared to work with other class members.
Whilst massaging you will be required to wear a face mask or visor.
