Your safety is our priority, and in these unprecedented times we need to make some temporary changes until it is safe to welcome you all into class.
So, to begin with, your classes will be taught with a mix of online teaching and some 1:1 tutorial or small group work in a safe, socially distanced environment. Some cases courses may be taught fully online if that works best.
However, nobody needs to come into class until they feel happy to do so, all the materials you need to succeed will be online, and if you choose to stay home, we will make sure you will receive all the support you need via email, phone and through our Virtual Learning Environment.
The course will focus on the main social media marketing channels used for business – Facebook Pages, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram. It will include social media strategy, profile management, planning, content generation, engagement and scheduling. Throughout the course you will develop your social media marketing strategy which you can implement as we progress.
Attendees should have a basic knowledge of how to use a computer and a mobile phone. They will likely be using social media already but it is not required
As the course will initially commence online you will require:
Presentations, examples, hands-on activities, pair/group work, demonstrations.
Tasks will be set and we can re-cap at the start of each session to see how everyone is progressing.
Attendees can explore their social platforms outside of the course sessions, practise posting, and build on their plans/strategy
Learn SEO (Search Engine Optimisation). A workshop that covers important and useful SEO activities that can be done by business owners who have websites. The course is for business owners who hav websites and compoany employees who hold a marketing or IT role and are responsible for their company website.
