The emphasis is on learning through communication, though grammar points will also be taught as appropriate.
Teaching will be done through whole class work, individual work and small group and pair work.
Methods of learning include role play, listening activities, games, music and interactive activities.
Progress is checked throughout the course by regular question and answer sessions in class, feedback, and the marking and assessing of homework.
There is no formal accreditation for this course, but a certificate of attendance may be issued at the end of the course for those who wish it.
You will make greater progress if you do at least one hour’s study at home in between the classes!
There will be a follow-on course at PACA in January. You will be able to discuss this with your tutor.
