Spanish Intermediate Spring 2021
During this course we will be talking about:
You will need to have had about 2 years of formal learning and be confident using the present tense as well as familiar with the preterite and perfect tenses
We will be using Pasos 2 (3rd or 4th edition).
CD's to accompany the book are available, but these cannot usually be bought separately and will need to be ordered together with the book.
The main focus of this course is buidling up confidence through communication, although various grammar points will be studied and handouts with grammar explanations will be provided.
Every week I will be sending out handouts via Moodle or email with exercises and activiites as well as links to online activites such as video clips. We will also look at some cultural activities and festivals in Spain and South America
Due to the current circumstances, this course will be delivered by distance learning., but I also aim to give as much individualised support as possible, via Moodle or emails.
The aim is to keep learning, as a class and individually, and also to keep having fun!
Progress will be checked by question and answer sessions during the class and through regular homework activiites.
In order to get the most out of the course, you will need to spend at least one hour of study during the week outside of lessons
There will be a follow on course after Easter. Your tutor will give information and further details towards the end of the current course.
