To improve: health, relaxation, mental focus and improved mobility. This course is also suitable for learners who have completed a 10-week course and wish to extend their knowledge and training.

Visit Youtube and other resources to further familiarise yourself. Cheng Man - Ch'ing has also written a book that you may wish to own.
