An advanced class for all ages from Internal Alchemy Tai Chi Chuan & Qi Gong on the Cheng Man – Ch'ing 37 posture Tai Chi form and Qi Gong and related exercises. To improve: health, relaxation, mental focus and improved mobility. This course is also suitable for learners who have completed a 10-week course and wish to extend their knowledge and training.
A weekly class to help improve the Tai Chi of all ages and abilities from Internal Alchemy Tai Chi Chuan & Qi Gong on the Cheng Man – Ch'ing 37 posture Tai Chi form and Qi Gong and related exercises. To improve; health, relation, mental focus, deditation and improved mobility.
All levels.
Comfortable clothing and footwear (no heels).
Water bottle.
Correct posture examples, individual corrections and encouragement. Two person exercises. Advice and resource guidance.
By observation, student feedback and individual attention.
Practice of class content and personal research and study.
Visit Internal Alchemy & Chi GOng West Sussex website and familiarise yourself with some intordutory knowledge re the History of Tai Chi, the legacy of Cheng Man - Chi'ing the man and his life and a background. Visit Youtube and other resources to further familiarise yourself. Cheng Man - Ch'ing has also written a book that you may wish to own.
