Take Hannah, for example, an Access to Higher Education (Social Science) learner. Her story is a powerful reminder of what’s possible:

“Learning at AAL has been an incredible experience. I started the course with hesitation. Michele and Julie really showed their passion and dedication towards me, making sure I had additional support and overall growing me as a student, professional and person. Excellent, impactful super teachers with incredible knowledge and understanding around disparities students face. But most importantly, I have left with self-belief, and that is all down to this amazing opportunity of learning at AAL”.  
 

Hannah, who completed the Access course in 2024, went on to study for a Degree in Social Work at the University of Sussex. We are all so delighted for her!
