Bootcamp Tutor (0.8FTE)

 

Are you a passionate Health and Social Care professional ready to inspire the next generation of care workers? We’re seeking a dedicated Bootcamp Tutor (0.8 FTE) with additional sessional hours as an Apprenticeship Assessor to join our team. This fixed-term role runs from 31st October 2025 to 31st March 2026, with potential to become permanent, subject to recruitment targets. You’ll deliver engaging teaching to adult learners, adapt curriculum content, provide academic and pastoral support, track progress, and uphold quality standards. You’ll also work with internal and external partners to support learner recruitment, induction, and retention. Hybrid and flexible working options are available.

Sessional English Tutor

At Aldridge Adult Learning, our core mission is to place teaching, learning, and learner support at the centre of everything we do. We are currently seeking a dedicated Functional Skills English Tutor who shares this vision and is committed to helping adult learners from diverse backgrounds achieve their full potential.

This is a fixed-term, hourly paid position. The continuation of the role will be subject to course enrolment numbers and will be reviewed accordingly.
