We are thrilled to share the outcome of our most recent Ofsted inspection, which recognises the strength, ambition and impact of Aldridge Adult Learning.
Inspectors confirmed that Aldridge Adult Learning is performing strongly across all areas, praising the progress learners make, the quality of teaching and support, and the positive culture at the heart of our community.
Inspectors highlighted the real difference adult learning at AAL makes:
“Learners make very strong progress from their starting points and consistently produce high‑quality work.”
“Many learners progress to employment or further study, including higher education.”
“Learners benefit from a supportive and inclusive environment in which they feel safe, valued and respected.”
Our apprenticeships were recognised as a particular strength:
“Apprentices achieve very well, with a significant proportion achieving the highest grades.”
